This is very similar to my stove top reciepe....I just don't use the butter.

Might have to try it sometimes.

I made this one and DB (seriously could be the pickiest eater I know!) LOVED it!!

    6 cups cooked elbow macaroni
    2 tablespoons butter
    4 cups evaporated milk
6 cups (24 ounces) Cheddar cheese, shredded (I used co-jack)
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    1. In large mixing bowl, toss macaroni with butter. Stir in evaporated milk, cheese, salt and pepper. Put in 4 to 7 quart Crock Pot.
    2. Cover; cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
