Italian Chicken - Crock Pot

This is sooo YUMMY! One of my favorite crockpot recipees. The amount of each ingredient can vary depending on how much you want. I use:

1 package bonesless skinless chicken breast - About 1.5lbs.
1 small bag of baby carrots
About 7 red potatoes quartered
1 onion cut to your prefernce
1/2 bottle of zesty italian dressing

Pour dressing in the crockpot, add everything else and cook on low about 4 hours or on high for about 7-8 hours.

Yummm! I make italian chicken all the time but have never tried it in a crock pot before...
