    I'm making this tonight for the first time, but it sounds yummy and SUPER EASY. I'm adding in carrots, potatoes, onions and mushrooms..


    Awesome Roast Beef

    PREP TIME 15 Min
    COOK TIME 8 Hrs
    READY IN 8 Hrs 15 Min


    INGREDIENTS
    3 pounds rump roast
    1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed beef broth


    DIRECTIONS
    Place rump roast in a slow cooker. Pour in condensed cream of mushroom soup and condensed beef broth. Cook on LOW for about 8 hours.

    Mine is similar and it is yummy!! I just use onion soup mix instead.

    I've found I must cook it on low or it gets dried out sometimes.

    LOVE the carrots, potatoes and onions in it!

    mmm I do that too! Hey if you brown the beef in a pan first and then throw it in it's even better. Now I want to make that this week.
