    HAMBURGER SOUP

    1 1/2 pounds ground beef I use a bit more
    1 med onion chopped fine
    1 (28oz) can tomatoes
    2 cups water
    3 cans beef consume
    1 can tomatoe soup
    4 carrots chopped fine
    1 bay leaf (optional)
    3 celery chopped fine
    parsley
    1/2 tsp tyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 table spoons barley

    mix together cook 8 hours

    I just bought a cookbook today with that recipe in it.. or one very close to it.

    Ummm so many. Depends on if your using beef or chicken. I've never used it for desserts, but I have a crockpot recipe cookbook and the cobbler allllways looks delicious....I wonder if that's good?!

    I've tried a few different meats in the crockpot and I just dont like how the meat is cooked (except maybe chicken). So I'd have to say Becca's Taco Soup, which gets made every week now as thats what he wants for lunch and I like chili recipes.
