How was the sauce? I'm not a fan of the mustard or vinegary sauces, the light orange or yellowish ones. I like the southern, smokey ketchupy brown sugary molasses type sauces. So, I'm hoping this is up my ally

I forgot to update this-
I was NOT wild about the sauce It was way too ketchupy for me, but the ribs turned out GREAT and I think this would be great if you modified it just a little bit. I would replace one of the two cups of ketchup with a premade BBQ sauce that you like. I think that would work much better
