Dodge Avenger

Since DS is on the way, my little VW New Beetle isn't going to cut it as a family car.

DH and I talked about it and are trading my 2001 beetle for a newer used car that would work for a family, but still be something that we would BOTH like to drive.

Anyone drive an Avenger? We found a great deal on a 2008 Dodge Avenger SE

Pros? Cons? thanks ladies!

OH girl I love love love love my Avenger- I have the SE!

it is so roomy, gets great gas mileage, has a 2 body trunk, I love it-

oh and DH loves his too- he bought his 5 days before I bought mine- his is white mine is silver!!!

I do not have anything negative to say about it

and we have had them a yr- bought them new.

how would you say it compares to a charger? an how often do you fill her up?

ok- sadly when my avenger grows up it wants to be a charger LOL

but I could not afford the charger -- and I do not regret getting the avenger.

as for filling up I get about 250 miles City. I fill up every 2 weeks or so. unless I have to go out of town of course.

DH filles up 2 times a week but is going 104 miles Hwy each day .

costs me about 35 dollars if I fill up when the gas light comes on

This car is really sounding like a great deal. We found one for a really great price...you are making this decision MUCH easier
