I have it and love it. It's a bad connection when DH is deployed, but I think it's just the connection from there as it's the same on my cell. The only problem is you have to have you computer on all the time and occasionally have to reset it. Other than that, it's a great deal and CHEAP.

Thank you for the review! Were paying $30 a month for att with unlimited long distance, it would help to save even a bit! does having the computer on mean it can't be on a screen saver? Does your regular cordless phones work with it? Thank you again

yes regular cordless phones work with it. I turn the screen off at night, but never put it on screen saver so I don't know about that. The deal we have it $60 for 5 yrs. The longer time you pay for the cheaper it is.

I had it and hated it. If you accidently close out of the program, you don't get calls. It's very easy to miss calls. Just really don't care for it at all.

We have it and it too. We were going to just go with our cell phones, but decided that we needed something at home for the kids (and the three older kids have been shown how to restart the program if it's accidentally closed). We've had it for two months so far and are considering getting the five year plan too.

One of DH's friends has it and loves it. We are thinking about getting it for when we are in Japan.
