LG enV Touch
Amazing Phone!!!!!!!!!!
I just got mine tonight. My Voyager was starting to crap out but they have a Verizon wide sell out of them so the guy gave me the enV Touch FOR FREE!!!!!   The touch screen on it is sooo much better the Voyager and it still has my keyboard for texting! I'm in Love!!!

If Verizon doesn't have the phone that you brought in for service and it needs to be replaced, they replace it with a similar phone.
