New FRG leader
I am the new leader of DHs FRG. I am excited and scared and have no idea what to do. One advantage I have is the FRG liasion for the state is actually a friend of mine and I can talk to her about it. We are a new unit made up of people from all the old units that are still there so we have to set up everything.

I would do the leadership training at ACS. That helped me a lot. I send out daily e-mails I get from the liasion and then call people to tell them about meetings and so forth. Let me know what you learn because it can help me too! |

good luck! I suggest taking the ACS class as well, they will teach you the correct way to do things and let you know about what you need to do for your families. good luck and have fun with it
but make sure you are meeting your familes needs .. (sorry i'm alittle bitter towards my frg leader for not being there for US)
