    Love it!
But it did not cost your only $200.
Maybe 200 in material. But how much time did you put into that?

Factor in labor costs! I'd sell it for at least $500

Thank you all for the input, I'm glad $500+ seems to be a common number, we could definitely build them if we could sell them in that range.

True! If we spent in the range of $200 for nicer materials it would cut down on some of the labor time so probably 10 hours combined between the two of us. It's less time for full staining, it takes me more time to paint the base because I have to be careful to avoid brush marks.

$500 for the table would be an amazing deal for anyone especially since it's hand made. The bench should be extra.

First off, your work is amazing!

Secondly, I suggest you visit local shops and you can see how much they charge for something like that.

    I'd say that's actually pretty cheap for $500. I agree with $700 - $1,000.

Your selling point is that it is locally made. People prefer buying something that's made locally and if you were to mark-up the price, it is understandable that it's pricier. It is also hand-made, "custom-made" in a sense that it didn't come out of some warehouse with over 1,000 same ones out there.

But cost should definitely include the labour hours.

Yes! They were super easy I knocked them out in just a few hours start to finish. So much cheaper and way sturdier, those things are not ever coming down.
