OP if you want to give more information about what area you are in and what animals etc. you need to rehome I'm sure there'd be lots of people to try to help you find resources. But yeah there is no animals transaction on MSOS ...

They're rabbits; and I'm in Hampton Roads. I'm looking into the resources around here, but if you have other suggestions, I'm open to hear them.

The shelter isn't an option (they came from an abusive situation, if they were in that sort of environment, I'm afraid all the progress they've made since I've had them would be history). And Craigslist isn't an option, because I don't think it's a safe way to find a home for them.

I've emailed the one here in Hampton Roads. But I think I'll expand to the rest of Virginia (there is a well known rescue ear DC) and North Carolina, just to give them more coverage.

    Thanks.

I'd for sure go with your plan of expanding your search for a shelter in other areas of VA and NC. Some shelters will even help with the transportation of the animals to get them to the shelter. That and/or if they are far away. They may try to help come up with something like meeting half way. So you don't have to drive all the way to the shelter to bring them the bunnies..

Hope you find something for that works for them and you soon.
