    She had me PM her plus place my order on the site, she changes what my CC was charged. I think tax is something like $4.09 because tax was factored on the entire cost..

    It would be more like 24.09..tax was 4.09 on mine and I ordered one.

    tax is whatever the states sales tax rate is and its on the full amount of the actual retail cost.
