Oh my I'm so happy we finally made it to Watertown NY, finally I get to sleep in a real bed tonight I'm so happy to be out of my car I think I could dance if my legs didn't feel like J E L L O I probably would lol. Now time for househunting and hoping the freakin Army deposits some of his travel pay so that we can put up a deposit if we find a place we like, wes broke used all of our savings to move so hopefully they get it done soon.

Well I haven't seen that much of it yet but I like it so far, we'll get a better look around tomorrow when we go out.

WELCOME!! I am not sure what rank you guys are but i was at a breifing today and they said there is a 0-1 month wait for under E4 for a 2 bedroom and E5& E6 2&3 bedroom, In case you are looking for houseing. Also AER will loan money for a deposit on an apartment if needed!!

Husband wants to live offpost if possible but we are going to get on the list anyway just encase we can't find anything, we have our appointment with them on Thursday morning. I'll have to ask him about AER, don't know what that is. Thanks for the Info

LOL I was up there for four months before DF deployed, I found my way around there within a week. It was fun I'd call him at work "umm honey I'm lost can you come get me?" then he'd be like "Laura thats why I gave you the gps... oh yeah duh, I learnt my way quick .

I lived up there, dh and i were very happy to leave.

I got tired of the snow, but other then that we liked it..Its very pretty when the leaves change colors.

I found our house on craigslist.
