    Advent CP help!

    Advertisements
I'd like to do an advent CP for DB, I want to send it over in the next couple of weeks so that he has it ready. I was thinking about getting a set of 24 different Christmas cards to write him a little note for him to open every day. What can I put (preferably that fits in the envelope) that would be cheap and fun for him to open? Or maybe little trinkets to wrap up, one for each day? I don't want this to get too expensive, but I don't want it to be boring! And what should I write in the cards? 24 reasons I love him is what I did for his birthday this summer.

Here's the cards I want to get:
Amazon.com: Funny Christmas Card Variety Pack 24 cards/ 26 envelopes: Office Products

    I love this idea!

You could do 24 reasons you want him home/things you want to do when he gets home, or 24 reasons you miss him/things you loved and remember....

I am going to save this for any future December's apart

    This.

We are Catholic and I was thinking about making DH a Advent Wreath with battery candles that he can "light" each night along with a book with readings for each night.

I asked because I had some ideas, but that would only really make sense to a Catholic, like decorating the box purple.

No, it's not related to Catholicism. We always had advent calendars when we were growing up, and DB mentioned how much he loved the lego advent calendar his mom sent him on his last deployment. I guess a better name for it would be a countdown to Christmas CP?
