Stuffing Stockings! *need ideas* - Care Packages

I decorated mini stockings for my hubby's squad. But I am having a difficult time thinking of what to stuff them with!!

So far for in the box I have:
Candy Canes (which I can put in the stockings)
Hot cocoa
Foam cups (for the hot cocoa)
Construction snow flakes
Winter Munchies (christmas tree lunch cakes ect)
Popcorn
Marshmellows
Chapsticks
Christmas music CD
Christmas Special DVDs

But I need help for IN the stockings!!

I did maxim one year, Home made cookies, Went to target when they brought all their christmas stuff and got silly christmas toys and what not. Ill have to think as I can't totally remember right now.

we did small toiletries, foam footballs, puzzle books, cookies and candy.

dollar store...my inspiration. You could do some kind of gingerbread man cookie in each too or other lil kinds of candy.
