APO/FPO Flat Rate Boxes
Quick question for you lovely care package ladies over here
 My Marine is back in the states and I still have several flat rate apo boxes left (like 5).I know that I don't need customs forms for mailing in the states, but can I still use those boxes to send him care packages within the US? I'm pretty sure I can, but I'm double checking before I head down to the post office in the morning. And yes, I'm sure some of you think it's a silly question  Thanks in advance loves!

Yes, but you will have to pay the higher rate, about $2 more.

I don't see why not... the shipping rate might be different but that's the only thing I can think of...
I'd be interested to know if the shipping cost is cheaper to an APO/FPO just because of the special box...

I used them when Chris was training stateside. Only when I folded the top, I made it so that the flaps that have the lines for the APO address were on the bottom and the plain white flaps were on the top, if that makes sense =)

Thanks guys!!Fast responses
 I'm glad I can still use them. I mean the boxes were free so no loss really, but they're sitting gathering dust in my room  I have put together an insane amount of cookies and bars. And slipped some other fun goodies in Man it feels good to send him a package in the states

yeah I used to sent flat rate boxes to my ex in AIT all the time!
