Can I send any size box to Iraq? - Care Packages

The flat rate box isn't going to be big enough for DH's christmas tree. I bought one at Walmart but wasn't sure if I can send just any box?

You can send any box as long as it doesn't way over 75 pounds.

Send it parcel post and it'll be cheaper. Don't go to UPS!

I sent the biggest box the post office had to Andrew with no problems

Yep, but it'll be really spendy. [Think ~$5/lb.] I'd leave it pretty empty and fill a flat-rate box with whatever else you have to send.

I had 3 boxes weighing about 20-30 each and insurance and it was a little over 100$

I know fake trees don't weigh that much.. So I'm sure it won't be that expensive. They go by weight not size I'm pretty sure..

I saw a guy at UPS mail a box about 3.5ft by 3.5 ft.. It was wider than an average door frame anyway.. just guessing the ft.. lol
