Okay I need help ladies!!!

Okay so I'm working on Dfs thanksgiving box. The docorations itself, not an issue. HOWEVER, what to go inside. Heres why ALL carepackages are hard for me right now. Df is in a crap hole fob, where they dont even have microwaves! GAH. So its frustrating sending stuff he wont need to heat up. Help suggestions...I'm going nuts

I assume you're wanting food suggestions.

Potted meat, vienna sausages, chef boyardee, beef jerkey, cheese (they make kinds that don't need to be refrigerated), sausages (kinds that don't require refrigeration), chips, candy. There are ALL KINDS of options. Just take a stroll through the store with "no microwave" in mind and grab what jumps out at you. I always got enough for 2 or so boxes when I did that.

They also make self-heating cappacinos and coffees. I want to say I've seen soup versions but I'm not sure. Keep an eye out for them.

Nuts, jerkey, fruit cups, applesauce cups, candy, self heating meals (they have these in boat supply stores or outdoor type stores sometimes..they are actually pretty tasty. Canned drinks/juices, chips, protein bars, popcorn, dried fruit, dried vegetables (in asian section), if he has access to hot water and he likes coffee you could get him a french press and some ground coffee, or soups/meals that you just add water too. Um...that's all I can come up with

Oh yeah I forgot about the sausage and cheeses! Good idea. I've seen those self heating coffee but I think they have been discontinued. I looked EVERYWHERE for those damn things

Great ideas ladies. The chef boyardee things dont really work cause he cant heat them. NOW I just gotta think Thanksgiving. Ohhh. I gotta find some of those self heating meals!!! Boating stores you say? Camping stores perhaps??

Because its fall themed, through in some pumpkin bread or pumpkin donut holes or even pumpkin seeds (theyre super easy to make and keep for a long time). Im sending my DB Pumpkin Mania -Pumpkin Donut Holes, Pumpkin Spice Cookies, Pumpkin Bread, Pumpkin Seeds, Gingerbread Cookies, and if I find any other "pumpkin" foods that too! lol

Stupid question, but, does turkey jerky exist? If it does you could get him that! It goes with the whole Thanksgiving theme! And, what the other ladies said! Also, add lots of yummy sweets to that! And pictures of you of course.

Yes! Turkey Jerky does exist! It doesn't taste too bad and I have found it at walmart with the regular jerky before so it is out there and kinda common.
