Thanksgiving carepackage help! - Care Packages

I am putting together DBs Thanksgiving carepackage and need some help. I want to send it out by the end of the week because things have been taking so long to get there lately. He may get it a little early but at least this way I know he'll for sure have it by Thanksgiving Day.

So far I have...

turkey spam
two cans of veggies
two cans of fruit
just-add-water potatoes
canned gravy
a couple dessert type things
a card

I'll probably throw in a can of cranberries even though I know he won't eat them because it's part of a traditional meal. What else can I put in there though? I was trying to find some kind of decorations but there isn't much outside of Halloween and Christmas right now.

What else have you ladies put in your Thanksgiving packages, or what do you plan to use this year?

Put in a few things you're thankful for and put post-its on them explaining why they're in there.

Like pictures and stuff? I can't send anything big anymore or that I really expect him to bring home because he already has more than will probably fit in his bags.

I think a small album with pictures of things you're thankful for would be awesome.

I know you're wanting to send it out soon but if you can wait a few days and have a few extra bucks, www.snapfish.com makes pretty pictures books you might look into. Other wise, pick up a cheap album and slip pictures of things you're thankful for in there. Don't forget captions.

Write on the inside of the box what you're thankful for! I think that'd be cute!

If he likes pumpkin things ^_^ Ive been telling everyone in every thread about sending pumpkin stuff, like pumpkin seeds, pumpkin bread, pumpkin donuts ect.
The instant mashed potatos is an awesome idea!

what about leaf shaped sugar cookies?
I dunno

TG is such a hard holiday

in my box I decorated it and on one flap put "Im thankful for:" and pretty much wrote HIM in many different ways
