My first box! [img heavy]
I made the pictures in Photoshop and then had them printed at Target. I was so happy with how it turned out. And he just got it today! It only took a week to get there.
Here are the flaps, each one had a different "theme", one for his birthday (beginning of the month), one for our anniversary (coming up on Tuesday), one for Halloween, and the last of just misc stuff. Birthday:  Anniversary:  Halloween:  Misc:  The memory card pouch I made for him. He couldn't find two of his memory cards before he left, turns out they were in my camera case, oops!  The goodies: I made chocolate chunk cookies and halloween decorated sugar cookies then added the halloween oreos and Reese's, his favorite candy.  All of it packed up: He needed some PT gear and lotion so that's what filled up the box. I threw in some mints too for him to fill in the top. And of course cards for each occasion too.
