i think the idea of sending a mini christmas tree and then a little ornament for each day is cute
 i haven't really thought about it tooo much yet..i will definitely send some christmas cookies and some little stockings for db's friends...and then a box just for db (but no idea what's going in it yet!) it's crazy to think christmas is just a little over 2 months away!

I'm definetly sending a little christmas tree with a few decorations. And then I'll probably send some other christmas-y items for him to hang up where he lives. Stockings for him and his buddies and some wrapped presents for him.

Tackling our first deployment!

Im gunna send two boxes. . . One with some decorations and one with his presents.
The decorations will have a mini christmas tree (Hobby Lobby had all theirs on sale!), ornaments, a stocking, christmas hat, lights and fake snow ( http://www.snowinseconds.com/ ). Then his presents I'm just getting him a few small things. . . a blanket, a calender, cookies and some other snacks! He requested that his presents were wrapped so they could sit under his mini tree and open them on christmas lol.

My mom is sending DH a magnetic Christmas tree for his locker...no room for anything that would stand up. I am doing a stocking for him and some lights for them to hang in the CPO berthing, a bunch of good holiday snacks that will ship well, then just some small gifts -dvd's, that sort of thing. Nothing that he can't easily stow. Then a dvd of all the pictures I have done since he has left.
