If I bake some like cinnamon bread and vaccum seal it, do you think it'd make it ok to Iraq? It took DH about a week to get his last box.

I'll let you know! I made cinnamon muffins yesterday and froze them for about 20 hours and sealed them in tinfoil and tupperware. Shipped today so hopefully they get there without turning green =)

I've never sent bread. Only cookies. As long as it is air tight, it should be fine. The ones I sent took 2 weeks to get to DB and they were totally fine. Still soft. Not hard and dry.

since you vacuum sealed it, it should be ok.

I think it will only make it safely if you post the recipe for us to make as well
