I have no experience with brownies, but I send TONS of cookies. What I do is put them in a big ziplock FREEZER bag; I generally put a dozen in each bag, laid flat, stacked 2 high. Then I close it most of the way, stick a straw in there (so the bag is closed all but enough for the straw) then suck out all the air, still drawing out the air as you pull out the straw and finish sealing the bag. It essentially vacuum packs them. They always arrive to their destination very fresh, and not crushed or broken. I also pack them as soon as they are cooled, so they are super fresh. If I'm not sending them that day, I put them in the freezer until I do.
Hope that helps!

I just sent brownies...
I cut them up and wrapped each one individually in the green saran wrap and tied them shut with some cute ribbon. I put them in a freezer bag (I was also sending liquid so I was making sure they wouldn't get wet if the liquid broke) and then placed it in the box. DH got them a few days ago and within an hour, they were all gone! I send cookies 1 of 2 ways; I either send them in a ziplock bag and bubble wrap them or I send them in a Gladware container and tape it shut. Once they're cooled completely, if you box them and send them that day; they taste like they just came out of the oven.

When DH was in schooling and stuff.. I just put them in trays. I cut the brownies up and left them in an aluminum tray. Each individual tray was wrapped and it all fit perfectly into the box. Granted.. I sent it to him while he was in A-School and it took 2 days so I wasn't really worried about the freshness problem.

I've sent DH cookies in either empty Pringles/Slim Jim canisters with a slice of bread. The bread is suppose to keep them fresh and so far, so good. It's taken anywhere 2 - 3 weeks to get to him.

I sent brownies every week this deployment until I had to stop sending pakages
![]() it took DB a week to get them over there... I made the brownies in cupcake pans and used foil cups. They stay moist better with the foil cups and are easy to packand eat. I packed in gladware in two layers, one layer then wax paper then another layer. I used press and seal wrap on the top. DB and his shop loved them I had to start sending more cus they stole his brownies... I sent them every week... He said they stayed fresh longer than the cookies... Good luck!

sending cookies i've done a few different things, i have put them in the disposable gladware containers and padded the extra room in the container with wax paper so they didn't move around too much.. one time i stacked like 6 cookies, wrapped them in saran wrap, and put those in a gladware container, that worked out pretty well too
