How long will it take?
How long should I expect it to take for a care package/mail to be delivered to DB if he is deployed with the Navy? I guess it would depend on where they are at at the time, but I just wondered...
if I want a Thanksgiving care package/mail to be there in time for Thanksgiving, should I mail it 3-4 weeks before??? longer??? HELP!

I know that blows. Def mail it out soon, just incase. I know at one point with our last deployment the ship was moving too fast, the mail couldn't catch up with them. They went the first 6 weeks with no mail.

Hmm, I'm not sure about the Navy or boats, DH is Air Guard. When he was in Iraq last year, it only took a week for him to get packages, but he was on a base... sorry I can't be more help. I'd probably mail it at the beginning of November just to make sure.
