8 Eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 pound shredded cheddar cheese
10 ounces tomatoes, canned -- drained
4 Flour Tortilla


Scramble eggs, milk and chili powder in skillet with butter.

Meanwhile, warm tortillas in skillet over medium heat. Place warmed tortilla on plate; spoon 2 scrambled eggs on top followed by 1/4 of the shredded cheese and 1/4 of the tomatoes on top of the cheese. Do this for each tortilla. Then place each plate in microwave for about 30 seconds to help melt cheese. Serve immediately.
