    Hungry Breakfast Pizza

    Advertisements
I have two boys, 16 and 12, who will eat anything pizza related. While they are happy with omelets or even quiche. I surprised them with a new creation a few months ago, breakfast pizza.

You take a normal pizza crust and roll it into a pan like you would do any other time. But instead of sauce you pour eggs (either liquid eggs or whipped up normal eggs. I like liquid eggs myself) over the pizza crust. Then add toppings like crumbled sausage, green onions, shredded cheese, ham, green peppers.... anything you want. Bake for 10 minutes or so. Cut and serve.

Breakfast pizza is awesome! A pizza place back home was open for breakfast with that. It was so yummy. I haven't made that in years. I might need too!

breakfast pizza is our christmas morning tradition..

we use crescent rolls as the crust.. then layer with hash browns, sausage, eggs and cheese.. we also add sauteed peppers and onions..
we have to make 2 or 3 because our boys love them so much.
    Make great left overs too
