I sometimes have smoothies for breakfast. Usually fruit smoothies. I make mine with a cup original almond milk, one container of lite yoplait vanilla yogurt, 1 to 1 1/2 cups water and then a serving each of whatever fruit I want, yesterday was a serving of black berries and two servings of strawberries (frozen fruits). I like to keep it pretty simple. Sometimes I'll add protein powder, but I usually save my protein for after my workout.

I will have to try that one!

I've mainly been doing fruit and spinach with yogurt. I'm doing weight watchers so big 24oz smoothie is only 2 points!

I use light Greek yogurt, fruit and if needed some juice. If the fruit is frozen, most of the time that's enough to thin it our for me.

I used to make them every day, but now I have a really stupid schedule and I either don't have time or I'm too tired to bother.

I use spinach and water, blend that up, and then add frozen strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple. I just use water to thin it out, I was going to try almond milk but the only one I can find around here is basically all sugar so that's pointless. Plus the fruit is sweet enough. I add yogurt sometimes if I want it to be creamier but then I almost always make frozen yogurt by accident

I have a vitamix and it totally liquifies like anything you put in it so sometimes I also chop an apple into quarters and throw that in. Carrots too. I tried celery but it made my smoothie taste like celery (which I HATE) so I won't make that mistake again.

I do when I remember or am not running late

I also use spinach, blend, add strawberries and bananas with oatmeal in it and blend again.. I also throw in some ice too to thicken it up. I try to juice more than anything though

    I do!

I use almond milk, spinach, a banana, a spoonful of peanut butter, ice, and sometimes either a tiny bit of honey or vanilla extract. I also add some type of powder, whether it's a meal replacement thing or protein
