I really like that with this recipe, you can change it up pretty easily and it doesn't even need to be for breakfast!

Pumpkin & chocolate chip breakfast pizza.

1/2 cup flour (I like to use whole-wheat pastry flour)
1 tsp baking powder
1-2 stevia packets or 1-2 Tbsp. sugar (I prefer using 1 packet of stevia for this recipe, you can use however much to taste)
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice (by your specific taste preference)
Chocolate chips (use however much you like.)
1/2 cup water

Mix everything together and then set the oven to 425 degrees.
Pour into a greased (I like to use no stick spray) round pan and bake for 10min. (I use a 9in. round pan and it's finished if an inserted toothpick comes out clean)

Here is the recipe as more of a blank canvas to play with.

*1/2 cup flour
*1 tsp baking powder
*2 tablespoons sugar or 2 stevia packets (you can use none or as much as listed, you may want to use the lesser amount if you want
to put frosting on your pizza. YUMMY!!)
*1/8 tsp salt
*2 tbsp applesauce (or the pumpkin puree or mashed banana)
*1/2 cup water
*spices if you like (aside from the pumpkin pie spices, how about some vanilla or cinnamon? Whatever you prefer.)
*Instead of chocolate chips, you can add anything else you may want. How about blue berries or chopped apples? Oh, maybe raisins?

Mix everything together and then set the oven to 425 degrees.
Pour into a greased round pan and bake for 10min.
