    I need to stop going to dunkin donuts and the bagel store every morning for breakfast so i'm trying to come up with some fast and healthy alternatives. So far i've got smoothies as an option but i'm looking for some more ideas

    what healthy things do you make for breakfast? feel free to share some smoothie recipes i can try too

    I buy liquid egg whites, cook them the night before, and then microwave them and toast some gluten-free bread. Viola! Pretty low cal, good protein, and tasty

    I usually have yogurt or oatmeal if I have time to eat at home. If not, I grab a nutragrain bar or one of those vitatop things.

    I like having boiled eggs in the fridge to grab quickly with some fruit. I also like oatmeal with a cup of the diced peaches in water mixed in.

    I also will make extra grilled veggies at night and make an omelet in the morning and add the grilled veggies to it.

    Whole grain or wheat toast with avocado slices on top. Sprinkle a little pepper and olive oil on top. NOMNOMNOM.

    Yogurt with granola and fruit

    Toasted bagel with cream cheese. Just throw it in the toaster while you are putting your shoes on or gathering everything by the door.
