Hey there... alright... here is my quick breakfast... found this some time ago in a cooking book....

    Preparation :2 min
    Cooking: 3-4 min

    Serves Four
    Ingredients:
    75g/3oz crunchy oat cereal
600ml/1pint/2 and a half cups Greek (US strained plain) Yogurt
    250/9oz cups raspberries

    Preparation:
    1) Preheat the gril (broiler) to high. Spread the oat cereal on baking sheet and place under the hot gril for 3-4 min until lightly toasted, stirring regularly. Set aside to cool

    2) when oat cereal has cooled completely, fold it in to Yogurt, then gently fold 1cup of raspberries, being careful not to crush the berries too much.

    3) Spoon the yogurt mixture into four serving glasses or dishes, top with the remaining raspberries and serv.

thats how it should look (pic i attached)... sorry didn't make any today... out of cereal
