Use 1/4# bacon, cut in small pieces. Put in a glass 9x13 pan. bake at 325 until done.
MIX: 3 eggs 2 C milk 1 C flour 1/4 C sugar 1 tsp. salt Pour over meat and grease in baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until grease is absorbed. Cut in 6-8 pieces and serve hot, great with maple syrup.
