    Hungry Breakfast Crock Pot Casserole

    Advertisements
32 oz shredded hash browns, defrosted
    1 white onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
crumbled breakfast sausage and/or chopped bacon (precook both prior to adding to casserole)
    shredded cheddar cheese
    1 dozen eggs
    1 C milk
    salt and pepper

Layer crock pot with hash browns, sausage and/or bacon, onion, pepper, and a light amount of cheese. Repeat.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs with 1 C milk and add salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over crock pot. Don't stir!! Cover and set on low for about 7 hours overnight for breakfast, or during the day for breakfast for dinner!
Can be served w/salsa, hot sauce, in burritos, or by itself.

i want to make this for a st. pattys day breakfast i am having on saturday morning. The party is starting at 9am. I see it only takes 7 hours to make. Is there a way I can make it take 10 hours to make? I have never used a crock pot before.
