    Biggest Loser Bacon, Egg and Cheese.

    1 Whole Wheat English Muffin
    2 Egg Whites
    1 slice Non-fat American Cheese
    1 slice Extra Lean Turkey Bacon cut in half
    Olive Oil Spray


    Fry bacon in skillet sprayed with olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy. Place egg whites in bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until set. Toast English Muffin until desired. Place cheese, egg and bacon on muffin and enjoy!

    183 calories, 5 grams fat, 17 g protein.

    My husband likes egg whites. I think they taste gross and much prefer egg beaters.

    Can't I just cook the egg whites instead of microwaving them? Microwave eggs are gross.
