Easy Breakfast Casserole

2 lb bag frozen tater tots
6 eggs
1 1/2 C. Bisquick
3 C. milk
1/2 lb grated cheese
2 lbs sausage or bacon, crumbled

Cook sausage or bacon; drain. Cover bottom of greased 9x13" baking dish with bacon or sausage. Layer tater tots over meat. Mix eggs, Bisquick, and milk. Pour mixture over meat and tots, Top with cheese. Bake at 400° for 40 to 45 minutes until set.
