i just saw this on Rachel Ray! it looks kind of fun for kids. use regular pancake mix and make it following the directions on the box, then microwave a little bit of peanut butter and whisk into the batter. cook the pancakes as always, and then instead of using syrup put some jelly in the microwave (or on the stove) with a little bit of water and whisk to thin it out..then pour over pancakes!
