I love this, I always make it the night before and pop it in the oven in the mornings. It's good for a crowd or just a few. Adjust as you want for the amount of people.
5 slices of bread 6 eggs 2 cups of milk sausage (or bacon or whatever you like, we even use spinach sometimes) 2 cups of cheese Scramble and brown the sausage in a skillet drain the grease. Layer your bread slices (buttered if you want) in the bottom of the dish crumble sausage over the bread and sprinkle the cheese on top Add cheese Whisk eggs and milk together then pour over the bread and sausage Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes until milk is not running and enjoy
