Breakfast caserole

Yummmmmm.....I could seriously eat breakfast all day long everyday probably. I've never made something like this, but I am interested to try, it sounds good!

I do something similar to this, but I use taters (hashbrowns, tater tots, whatever) instead of bread.

I think i'm going to make this, with hashbrowns on the bottom, this weekend during our skiing trip! Sounds really good and i'll need to feed 6 ppl. I'll let ya know how it turns out!

Use a little less milk and bake it a little longer and it won't be soggy. I make this all the time for brunches with various groups. It is the most requested dish.
