this is my fave breakfast!
you will need: toast (1 slice per person) canned corn beef hash (heated) eggs (cooked sunny side up, over easy/med/hard, cooked with butter and salt and pepper is recommended, 1 per person) asparagus (steamed, 3 per person, you can sub lg string beans) hollandaise sauce (packaged is easiest!) shredded cheese (i use sharp chedder) parsley (fresh or dried ok) place toast on plate, followed by a heap of the corned beef hash, followed by the egg. sprinkle cheese over egg, place the asparagus on top of cheese and drizzle hollandaise over everything. sprinkly parsley on top of stack and around plate. serve and enjoy!!!! ![]() best served with fresh fruit like strawberrys and a dipping sauce: mix even amounts of sour cream and cream cheese together. add a few sprinkles of cinnamen. sprinkle fruit with sugar if too sour tasting |
