Easy Eggs Benedict

6 English muffin halves
6 slices ham or Canadian bacon
6 Eggs
1 package hollandaise or béarnaise sauce

Prepare the eggs over easy or sunny-side up. Yolks should be warm but runny, and not broken. Prepare the sauce as directed. Toast the muffins and stack from bottom up: muffin, cheese, ham, egg. Pour sauce over the whole mess.
