Breakfast Pizza
this is a favorite in my house, and you can adjust it to your own tastes:
Breakfast Pizza 1 can crescent rolls 6-8 eggs, scrambled soft ham, bacon, or other cooked breakfast-y meat 1 cup cheese Spray a 9x11 baking pan with non-stick spray and unroll the crescents into it. Press down on the dough so the seams are sealed and it goes just a little bit up the edge of the pan. Scramble the eggs (soft, still moist but not runny) and spread them out over the dough. Sprinkle the meat of choice over the eggs (ham or ground sausage is really good), and top with cheese (anywhere from 1/2 cup to 1 cup). Put the pan in the oven and cook as directed for the crescents (usually 13-15 minutes at 375). Cool for about 2 minutes, then cut and serve like a square pizza. |

I wish there was a way to do this without cheese. I don't like cheese on my eggs.
I woul think the eggs and stuff would just fall off the meat though huh? Or do you think I could beat the eggs and have them cook on the crescent rolls in the oven?
