protestant ethos with vestiges of communitarianism...

This suprisingly stayed fresh in carepackages!
So I thought I'd post my little secret.
DB has an obsession with my Lemon Poppyseed Bread...he insists I bake it almost every weekend. I sent him in all of his care packages, and this recipe makes two loaves so you'll definantly have a lot of it. The guys in his unit always got excited when DB got a package from me because they knew it had "that good bread" in it. haha, just a suggestion for you guys. I know DB wasn't drug tested, becaues if you're wondering about them testing, it's a very very very small amount of poppyseeds so it won't show up lol. So here we go! 1 box Lemon Cake mix 1/3 cup poppyseeds 1/2 cup cooking oil 1 cup of boiliing hot water 4 eggs 1 box of cream pudding Mix all of the ingredients together, except the boiling hot water. Once everything else is mixed together, add in the boiling hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes As for a glaze, you can just mix orange juice, sugar, and vanilla extract together

The recipe sounds so simple and great tasting! lol! I was wondering though how much of the orange juice, sugar, and vanilla extract it takes to make the glaze and if the sugar is granulated or powdered. I want to make some for my DB and see how he likes it
