Potato Pancakes.... I am such a fatty...
 I took leftover garlic mashed potatoes and mixed them with a few tablespoons of flour.... and fried them in butter...  I definitely reccommend it!!!!!!!! THen I sprinkled them with parmesan cheese and dried garlic.... This is going straight to my ass

That is a really good way to eat them. I love it.
If you take regular mashed potatoes and add flour to them and make more of a dough, you have a norwegian flat bread called lefsa. You griddle it without any butter or fat until there is some yummy brown spots and then spread butter, sugar, and cinnamon with it. YUMMY. Good Christmas snack.

My mom makes them with Onions in it.
We joke because she once didn't cook the onions well enough for me so I ended up getting sick. So I say "Are you trying to posin me again?"
