when i was a kid my mom used to make monkey bread all the time and i was wondering if any of you ladies have ever made it and what u thought of it i would never eat it but it always made the house smell good

oh i liked monkey bread. We used to make it all the time, that and snickerdoodle cookies.

My mom rarely makes it anymore.

To make the house smell good, I prefer baking cookies, preferably oatmeal chocolate chip cookies or baked cinnamon apples.

my daughter was just talking about monkey bread yesterday!

i LOVE it, and my mom used to make it all the time, but i haven't attempted it myself... i don't have the right pan to bake it in, but as soon as i do we'll be having it.

You can purchase it at the commissary in the freezer section. Tastes about the same.

I just made the recipe that somebody posted on here the other day, using the bisquits. My kids loved it!
