Bagels... - Bread

Im going to try and make some today...I have one that starts in the bread machine and then you have to shape them boil and bake...

I hope they taste good!

I've made bagels before, it's so much fun, just be careful though.. Everything tends to get to be a little hot, especially with the super hot oven and boiling water. I've never used a bread machine though.

What kind are you making? Just plain bagels?

Yeah I just do plain!!

With the water, I plan to use chop stickes to take them out!

I made chocolate chip bagels once. DH loved it

I think it was just because of the chocolate

Ive made them and they are baking now...I think I didnt use enough flour and my water was too hot for the dough...UGH!! But its all trail and error! Im make them again in a few days!
