No fat tea Bread.

Make half pint tea,let it get cold.

Add 275 grams dried fruit, sultanas, raisins, or blueberrys or apricotes.or cranburys or what ever you like really.

Let it all stand overnight or at least 6 hours.

Then when ready put 280 - 300 grams s/raising flour This can be white and wholemeal s/raising mixed together into a bowl.

Add half a cup of brown sugar

a pinch of cinnamon.

1 egg

Mix and gradually mix in the the tea and fruit.
You can also put some nuts into the mix if you want. I put different things in each time I make it,just to make it abit different.

When mixed in well. empty into a paper lined small loaf tin and bake in middle oven on 300 degrees for approx 1hr or until golden brown.

Lift out of tin and take paper off and let it cool.

When cold keep bread in container. Slice as required.

It's nice spread with almond butter (which we buy in small jars) or ordinary spread or alone.
