Strawberry Banana Bread - Bread

1 and 1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of oil (I subsituted applesauce for this due to fat content in oil)
3/4 cup mashed strawberries
1/2 cup mashed banana
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon of finely shredded orange peel

Combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda in 1 bowl. In another bowl combine eggs, sugar, berries, orange peel, banana, oil and mix together. Add all ingredients into 1 big bowl and mix together until well blended. Pour into a greased breadpan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 70 minutes or until a knife runs clear

You can also use any kind of berries you want. But if you use blackberrys, blueberrys etc leave em whole instead of mashing

This sounds good!! I definely am going to try this. I am going strawberry picking this weekend out in Pungo so I can make this on Monday after the kids go to school so that they can have when they get home.
