I've never used dry milk for a bread reciepe....Let me think.
3/4 c warm milk 1 1/2 tsp yeast 1 tbs sugar 1 egg 2 tbs butter about 3 cups of bread flour. I think that is it. I switched to a wheat bread reciepe it's been awhile. I put in less flour like 2 1/2 c and just add until it comes together. The more you mix it in the beginin cycles the softer it becomes.
