Last night I went out for sushi and had 3 rolls for $10, I could barely pick... salmon/avocado/cucumber, sweet potato tempura, and the best Philadelphia roll I've ever tasted.

I found it in pinterest and it is my new lasagna recipe. It is PHENOMENAL! I've tweaked it a little to make it mineI add more sun dried tomatoes and artichokes, a little less mozzarella and more parmesan so I get a little burn on the top
Speaking of sushi, I leave for Japan next Wednesday to visit my DF for 4 weeks! I'll make sure to update about all of the amazing sushi. I'm so excited to try new foods in another country, but nothing that's still moving!![]()

I made spinach and artichoke dip the other night that was amazing! And really easy so it was like bonus amazing![]()

1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 can un marinated artichoke hearts
6 oz box of spinach
Make sure you really drain and squeeze out liquid from spinach and artichokes as best you can.
Add:
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 mayo or until squishy
Mix in a large bowl then put in a nonstick or glassware pan.
Bake 30 mins at 350.
