    I had freezer meals made up so I threw orange chicken and carrots in the crock pot!

    DH made cashew chicken with green beans last night though that is one of my absolute favorites!

    I made this the other night and it was easy and sooo good. I used like double the pork loin though because I couldn't find a smaller one. I'm glad because 1 lb wouldn't have been enough. Even the leftovers were awesome. Recipe: Pork tenderloin with pan sauce

    Then last night we did steaks and I tried this method for making the potatoes: Rosemary and thyme fingerling potatoes It worked better than trying to bake them or sautee them forever, IMO. Just bring to a boil with salt and sprigs of herbs and then remove from heat until cool enough to touch. You can choose to toss them in a hot pan after or eat as is.
