Have you ever used a sleep mask?

I saw a tutorial for a cute sleep mask... but then I realized I don't think I've ever heard of anyone actually wearing one. Have you?

I did for a while when I worked nights and might start using one now because of the constant sunlight but they can really clog your pores up and can be difficult to get used to

The ones that block out light?

I will use it once in a while if I'm having problems sleeping -- other than that nope.

I used to when I was younger or if I'm at my parents house. The computer is in my room & it has an incredibly annoying flickering orange light that drives me insane.

Never. I panic if I feel like my senses are restricted.

I use to use them a lot more when I traveled more often. For transpacific flights I think they are a necessity! At home though I don't use them.
